Part 1-How do we handle your information?

When you buy goods from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, address and email address. 
When you browse our store, we will also automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): If you allow, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Part 2-consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a product, we imply that you agree to our collection of that information.

Part 4-Shopify

Our store is located on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, database and general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers behind the firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete the purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored for the time required to complete the purchase transaction. After completion, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways follow the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely.

Part 5-Third Party Services

Generally, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services provided to us.
However, some third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies for the information we need to provide you with purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies to understand how these providers will handle your personal information.
In particular, please keep in mind that some providers may be located in a jurisdiction outside of you or us, or in a jurisdiction different from you or us. Therefore, if you choose to conduct a transaction involving the services of a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, the personal information used to complete the transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. laws, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or redirect to a third-party website or application, you will no longer be bound by this privacy policy or our website’s terms of service.

Google Analytics
Our store uses Google Analytics to help us understand who has visited our website and which pages are being viewed.

Part 6-Security

In order to protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to ensure that this information will not be improperly lost, abused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, use Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) to encrypt the information and store it with AES-256 encryption. Although there is no way to 100% securely transmit via the Internet or electronic storage, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement other recognized industry standards.

Section 7-Cookies

This is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so that you can choose whether to opt out of cookies.
_session_id, a unique token, conversational, allows Shopify to store information about the session (referrer URL, target page, etc.).
_shopify_visit, no data saved, lasts 30 minutes since the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal statistics tracker to record the number of visits. _shopify_uniq, without any data, expires at midnight of the next day (relative to visitors), and counts the number of visits to the store by a single customer.
The shopping cart, a unique token, lasts for 2 weeks and stores information about the contents of the shopping cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, storefront_digest during the session, unique token, not sure if the store has a password, it is used to determine whether the current visitor has access.

Section 8-age of consent

By using this website, you indicate that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or your age of majority in your state or province, and that you have agreed that we allow your minor family members to use this website.

Part 9-Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after they are posted on the website. If we make a significant change to this policy, we will notify you here that the policy has been updated so that you can understand the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances (if any) we use and/or disclose it.

 

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owner so that we can continue to sell products to you.

What information do we collect?
