The difference between a standard fork and a high double-crown fork lies in structural strength and riding performance. The high double-crown fork, with its reinforced dual-arm design, provides greater stability and impact resistance, making it ideal for off-road riding. To enhance the off-road experience, Victrip specifically designed the high double-crown fork for its electric mountain bikes, aiming to improve vehicle strength and handling. Thank you for your interest in the R6 e-bike. Our LED displays need a learning process when starting up and there may be a flashing screen for about 3 seconds or so. This is due to a mismatch between the refresh rate of the display and the frame rate of the cell phone's camera. LED displays usually use a high refresh rate, such as 50Hz or 60Hz or higher, while cell phone's camera functions usually use a lower frame rate, such as 30 frames per second, when shooting. Like you see on the video our R6 display flickering, this is due to a mismatch that occurs when the shooting power is different from the refresh of the meter. This is common and is not a monitor fault. You can use it with confidence.

The electronic key has three buttons, lock closed for closed status, anti-theft system on, lock open for open status, and double click on the lightning bolt logo in the center for remote start.

Yes, the R6 eBike comes equipped with both fenders as standard, providing added convenience and protection for your rides.

R6 Ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. R6 is also suitable for all-season use.

The recommended rider height for R6 is 4′9″-6'1"; The total payload capacity of R6 is 330 lbs (not including the bike weight).

Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX5 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
