The sensitive braking system, with 180mm large-disc hydraulic brake discs at the front and rear, can provide sufficient braking force in a short distance on both wet and dry roads.

What is the difference between R5 and R5S?
R5S is a low-step design, suitable for the elderly and women wearing skirts, making it easier to get on and off the bike. R5 is a medium-step design, suitable for men and cross-country riders. Except for the difference in step design, the other functions of the two are the same.
How to start the power supply?
1. To open the R5, you need to insert the key into the keyhole at the bottom of the frame and the right side of the handlebar at the same time, and rotate it clockwise 1 circle.
2. To open the R5S, just insert a key into the keyhole on the right side of the handlebar and rotate it clockwise 1 circle.
What is the difference between the R5 and JANUS 2.0 series?
The R5 series is a comprehensive upgrade to the JANUS 2.0, offering a more refined and superior riding experience. The 20-inch one-piece 10-blade aluminum alloy wheels ensure durability and improved handling. Why are there 4 keys?
Both R5 and R5S are equipped with 4 keys.
R5 is equipped with 4 keys, the functions are: 2 to open the throttle, 2 to lock the battery and turn on the power

The R5S features a low-span frame design, which makes it impractical to position the keyhole at the bottom of the frame due to the tilt angle. As a result, the keyhole has been relocated to the inside of the frame. To enhance convenience, the key’s power-off function is not enabled in this position, as it would be difficult to access. Instead, the battery key on the R5S is solely used for removing the battery.
Can I transport R5 in a car trunk?
R5 can be folded and stored in a car trunk. Its folded dimensions are 37*25*31 inch, and its unfolded dimensions are 69.3*22*50 inch.
Can I Ride R5 in The Rain?
Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can R5 Handle?
R5 ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. R5 is also suitable for all-season use.
Are R5 E-Bikes Suitable for All Ages and Fitness Levels?
Victrip e-bikes are generally suitable for a wide range of ages (above 16 years old) and fitness levels, as the electric motor provides adjustable assistance to accommodate different riding abilities. Besides, please note the max load for R5 is 400 lbs, and please consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before riding.
Does my height/weight suit the R5?
The recommended rider height for R5 is 5'3" ~ 6'5"; The total payload capacity of R5 is 400 lbs (not including the bike weight).
Is my R5 pre-assembled?
