• Accessories purchased together with bikes may ship separately; receiving them at different times is normal.

• Canada/UK/EU: 4–8 business days

Lost or Missing Packages

• If your delivery address is prone to lost packages, contact us to add  Signature Required service.

• If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the bike, please contact us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you must contact FedEx directly.

• During holidays, couriers may limit operations; service resumes immediately after.

Returns & Damages
