Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information(Not including pre-sale items). If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee and 6% handling fee. In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised). Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Stated in This Policy’.
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to return shipping fees.
Return shipping fees vary by model due to size and weight:

R6 / Titan S: $180 per bike

R6 Pro / T1 / Mimas: $300 per bike
Victrip will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. The customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Please notice: If the customer decided to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by Victrip’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. Victrip will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents to the shipment arranged by the customer.
The customer needs to email Victrip’s customer service team regarding any order cancellation. Once an order cancellation request has been approved, Victrip will email the customer a cancellation notification email. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing. Victrip will reject all shipments without being scheduled to arrive, and the customer is responsible for any related fee or loss.
If you order a product by mistake you will be charged according to this policy.
Pre-Order PolicyIf you purchased a pre-order item from our store, you have a 72-hour window to decide whether to keep or cancel your order. Our system will automatically capture your full payment after 72 hours, at which point a 6% transaction/processing fee(6% of the order total)) will be charged by the bank. If you contact us to cancel your order within the 72-hour period, you will receive a full refund. If you do not contact us within 72 hours, your order will be considered confirmed. Any cancellation requests made after the 72-hour period will be subject to a 6% deduction from your refund amount.

Victrip accepts return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Non-Quality Related Returns
If a return is requested for non-quality-related reasons (including but not limited to personal preference, incorrect selection, or no longer needed):

The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Return shipping fees are based on the carrier selected and the product’s size and weight.

Unused and unridden

In the same condition as received

Returned with original packaging and all included items (charger, keys, hardware, manuals, etc.)

⚠️ Items that have been ridden, used, or kept for more than 14 days are not eligible for return.
Quality-Related Returns
Victrip offers FREE return or exchange within 14 days of receipt only for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

All defect claims are subject to inspection and confirmation by Victrip.
Definition of Critically Damaged Items
Critically damaged items are defined as products where the main structure is visibly deformed and normal riding or functionality is affected.

Used or ridden bikes with no quality issues

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation

Minor scratches, paint wear, cosmetic imperfections

Normal wear-and-tear after use
E) Accessories & Replacement Parts

Accessories and replacement parts are non-returnable and non-refundable,

We only replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged. If you believe you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please email support at support@victripebike.com.
*Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Victrip eBike reserves the right to withhold up to the full value of the refund if the bike is in poor condition upon receipt.
