R5S, the all-terrain conqueror. From city streets to rugged trails, the R5S delivers up to 80 miles of range on an LG 48V20Ah tubular lithium battery. With a powerful 85Nm torque, it can effortlessly conquer inclines of up to 30-35 degrees. The unique low-span, wide tire design and full suspension system ensure superior comfort and stability. How to start the power supply?
To open the R5S, just insert a key into the keyhole on the right side of the handlebar and rotate it clockwise 1 circle.
Why are there 4 keys?
R5S: The 4 keys include:

2 keys to lock the internal battery.
The R5S features a low-span frame design, which makes it impractical to position the keyhole at the bottom of the frame due to the tilt angle. As a result, the keyhole has been relocated to the inside of the frame. To enhance convenience, the key’s power-off function is not enabled in this position, as it would be difficult to access. Instead, the battery key on the R5S is solely used for removing the battery.

Can I Ride R5S in The Rain?
Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
What Types of Terrain Can R5S Handle?
R5S ebikes are designed for off-road use on rugged, unpaved surfaces with their wide and fat tires. These surfaces include dirt trails, gravel roads, grass, sand, and light snow. They can handle rougher terrains better than bikes with narrow road tires, but may still struggle on very technical mountain trails. R5S is also suitable for all-season use.
Are R5S E-Bikes Suitable for All Ages and Fitness Levels?
Victrip e-bikes are generally suitable for a wide range of ages (above 16 years old) and fitness levels, as the electric motor provides adjustable assistance to accommodate different riding abilities. Besides, please note the max load for R5S is 400lbs, and please consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns before riding.
Is my R5S pre-assembled?
The R5S is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the R5S user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
