How to start the power supply?
To open the R5, you need to insert the key into the keyhole at the bottom of the frame and the right side of the handlebar at the same time, and rotate it clockwise 1 circle.
Why are there 4 keys?
R5 is equipped with 4 keys, the functions are: 2 to open the throttle, 2 to lock the battery and turn on the power
Can I Ride R5 in The Rain?
Though Victrip e-bikes are designed to handle wet conditions, please keep in mind that riding in heavy rain may affect battery life and reduce traction, so exercise caution and avoid riding in the rain as much as possible. As for the waterproof level, the whole bike meets IPX4 standards; the motor, battery, and display meet IP64 standards.
Is my R5 pre-assembled?
The R5 is partially assembled. You have to install some parts by yourself, such as the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, pedals, and fender. You can download the R5 user manual or look at the assembly video for help.
