We offer free shipping on bicycles within the:

Exceptions to Free Shipping

Excluding the archipelagos: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands.

PO Boxes or APO Boxes are excluded.

Bulk orders or freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Time
Standard Processing

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via FedEx (except pre-orders).

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date listed on the product page/payment page.
Tracking & Notifications

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Accessories purchased together with bikes may ship separately; receiving them at different times is normal.

Shipping Carriers

About parcel carriers We will select the appropriate carrier based on your delivery address.(At the same time, in order to ensure that your package arrives safely, we recommend that you purchase third-party shipping insurance.)

If your delivery address is prone to lost or stolen packages, please contact us before placing your order to add Signature Required service.

Upon delivery, packages must be signed for by an adult aged 21 years or older.

If you plan to use a third-party shipping service, we cannot provide any extra documentation.

Important Notes
Lost or Missing Packages

If your delivery address is prone to lost packages, contact us to add Signature Required service.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the bike, please contact us within 48 hours. After 48 hours, you must contact FedEx directly.
Delays & Limitations

Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance or public holidays.

During holidays, couriers may limit operations; service resumes immediately after.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by FedEx or other carriers.
Returns & Damages

We do not accept returns for accessories without quality issues.

For damaged items, send photos or videos within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged parts will be replaced or compensated for free.
